Sustainability

We make sustainability part of the blueprint; it’s simply how we work.

Every material we use, every process we improve, and every product we create shows our long-term promise to do better for people and the places we live and work.

We build products that live more than one life. Designed to be disassembled, repaired, reused, and recycled, from aluminum extrusions to polyurethane shells. We follow environmental standards, support the EU’s circular economy goals, and back our approach with lifecycle assessments and Environmental Product Declarations, working closely with our suppliers.

Our partners share our values. We work only with certified suppliers who use recycled materials and responsible packaging. Even our powder-coated aluminum and smart surfaces like Krion® K-Life, which helps purify the air, prove that good design can look good and do good.

Inside our facilities, sustainability is second nature. We optimize assembly to cut waste, recycle over 80%, and use fully recyclable packaging. We’re shifting to cleaner energy sources and choosing low-emission transport like rail and sea whenever possible.

We measure what matters. Energy, water, emissions, and waste are tracked per employee. In 2023, we cut CO₂ emissions per worker and increased our use of recycled paper, setting the stage for bigger moves ahead.

Our commitment goes beyond the environment. We stand for fairness, safety, and equality. Our Zero Accident philosophy protects our people, and we partner with suppliers who share our values of transparency and respect.

Next, we’re expanding our sustainability governance and preparing to publish our first Sustainability Report, with support from the EU Recovery Plan. Because progress should always be measurable and shared.

We don’t just build for today. We build for the future.
