Determination of Client's preferences for shape, materials and colours, by means of design criteria analyses, draft sketches, 3-D CAD renderings and material samples. Shop-Drawings & Mock-Ups. Through co-ordination with end-users and other trades, the requirements for built-in equipment, cable runs, ergonomical and aesthetical aspects are accommodated and taken into account during preparation of shop drawings and fabrication of mock-ups of the typical counter types. Project management skills such as Primavera scheduling, quality and quantity surveying, procurement and materials management, and field supervision are activated for the duration of the project, making sure the right scope of high quality products is delivered on time.
