Company Background

C.C.M. Airport Equipment is a privately owned company, founded in 1981 in Bergamo, Italy.

C.C.M.’s head-office is based in Bergamo, Italy, and affiliated offices have been established in France, Netherlands, P.R. of China, Singapore and Bangkok.

C.C.M. specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of Interior Products and Systems for Airports, Metro/Railway Stations and Ferry Terminals, and is a project-oriented organisation, capable of handling a totally integrated package of Interior Furnishings, Finishes and Fittings.

C.C.M.’s impressive Airport Interior Projects References in various parts of the world, show added capability of working around the globe.

C.C.M. has the competence to fulfil its mission of becoming one of the leading Design and Construct Contractors in the field of Total Concept Interiors.


Programme of Products and Systems

C.C.M.'s programme of products and systems, consists of:
  • Counters.
    Counters, desks, casework and cabinetry, in any desired material combination, for all the transaction functions within the terminal, such as: check-in, ticket sales, information, immigration, customs, gate, bank, car rental, retail etc.;


  • Canopy Structures and Backwalls.
    Canopy Structures and Backwalls for Check-in Counter Islands, Gate Podiums and any other counter configuration;


  • Static Signage.
    Passenger Guidance Signs and Graphics throughout and about the terminal, Building Name Signs, Commercial and Special Signs;


  • Miscellaneous Fittings and Finishes.
    Rest room vanity units and fittings, waste bins, fire hose cabinets, ornamental metals, retail facades, VIP and Airline Lounge Finishes, custom designed products and special finishes;

Production Facilities

CCM’s production facilities are divided over the following 3 plants in the greater Milan area.

Principal Plant for Manufacturing and Final Assembly.
Location: Truccazzano (MI) Italy.
Newly developed on an area of 10.000 m2.

Production Processes Plant 1.
  • Processing, shaping and assembling of natural stone;
  • Processing, shaping and assembling of solid resin plates and miscellaneous other plastic materials;
  • Resin transfer moulding and hand lay-up for GRP counter elements, sign encasings and other GRP products;
  • Final pre-assembly of all types of counters, cabinets and fittings;
  • Packing, stowing, logistics.
Plant 2.
Corian and Carpentry Manufacturing Plant.
Location: Cantu (CO) Italy.

Production Processes Plant 2.
  • CORIAN processing and shaping in accordance with the CORIAN Quality Network Fabricator System;
  • Fabrication of all types of cabinetry and finishes, models and mock-ups;
Plant 3.
Stainless Steel and Metal Manufacturing Plant.
Location: Agrate (MI) Italy.

Production Processes Plant 3.
  • Fabrication and finishing of high-grade stainless steel products;
  • Fabrication and finishing of high-grade miscellaneous metals;

Quality Management.
C.C.M. maintains Quality Management Programme that is in full compliance with ISO 9001.


Safety Programme.
C.C.M. maintains a Safety Programme that is in full compliance with the prevailing safety regulations.

Pre-Tender Phase.
C.C.M. provides layout projections, design studies and budgetary pricing.

Design Development.
Determination of Client's preferences for shape, materials and colours, by means of design criteria analyses, draft sketches, 3-D CAD renderings and material samples.

Shop-Drawings & Mock-Ups.
Through co-ordination with end-users and other trades, the requirements for built-in equipment, cable runs, ergonomical and aesthetical aspects are accommodated and taken into account during preparation of shop drawings and fabrication of mock-ups of the typical counter types.

Project Management.
Project management skills such as Primavera scheduling, quality and quantity surveying, procurement and materials management, and field supervision are activated for the duration of the project, making sure the right scope of high quality products is delivered on time.
